So many choices... but what's really good for your kids?

Zippity-121009 'Zippity' doo-dah, here's an interactive learning toy for kids.

What do you get when powerhouses like Disney and LeapFrog join forces?

The answer is the Zippity Learning System ($89.99; leapfrog.com/zippity), the first TV-based system designed for preschoolers that fuses full-body movement with interactive learning.

Specifically, kids ages 3 to 5 can interact with familiar Disney Channel characters – from the likes of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Little Einsteins, Tigger & Pooh, Handy Manny, and others – and play education games using their entire body (and mind!).

Core preschool skills are learned -- such as language, math and music -- while playing through eight preloaded games (each with two levels).

Kids interact with the Zippity wirelessly using a mat for lower-body action (including jumping, marching, dancing and running) and a well-positioned hand controller (called a "bopper") for upper-body movement, as kids can move it in multiple directions while following on-screen instructions.
